My work embodies the delicate balance of life, death, and rebirth—the cycles that exist in nature and within each of us. Through the preservation of butterflies, flowers and other elements, I honor the beauty of these fleeting moments, which are often taken for granted. The contrast between light and dark, life and death, represents the yin and yang that govern existence. Each creation is a reminder that beauty can be found in every stage of the cycle, and that even in moments of transition, there is grace.
By using botanicals and butterflies preserved in resin, I aim to capture and honor their inherent energy and essence, allowing them to transcend time.
